Drumroll please… 2024 World Champion, no less! And it’s well deserved.
➝ In Linselles, they take their fries seriously. Crispy on the outside, tender inside, generous portions, definitely worth the trip, even in the rain. Special shoutout for the warm welcome: it’s like salted butter on the fries.

A true Roubaix classic where I always stop when the sun’s out.
